Hi, I'm George Holland, a 14-year-old gym addict who’s been hitting the weights since I was 11. I created this website to help other young gym enthusiasts start their fitness journeys. My goal is to inspire more teens to get into the gym, build strength, and transform their bodies.

About Me

I've been obsessed with the gym for a few years now, always pushing myself to get stronger and fitter. As I keep working on my own fitness journey, I’m aiming to compete in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. I want to break records and set new standards as the youngest competitor out there.
